There are a lot of ways to describe the generation of Millennials. Something you might find entertaining, or exciting, is completely moot to a millennial. Most of the time showing any additional effort or emotion is deemed “uncool.” Millennials are lazy and only want to play on their phones, and have people cater to them. Generation X would rather get excited and . The differences between the generations are distinctive but similar, which is something we forget.
The previous generations seem to have more resources and more physical skills. Millennials, however, are able to figure out any new technology and adapt to change more seamlessly. Without sounding too much like brain versus brawn, Generation X would use critical thinking as a top skill and conquer a problem head on while Millennials take the less forward approach. It’s not that Millennials are capable of solving their own problems, it’s that they may not know the most direct way to fix the problem.
